Mission
Our vision:
For Craig, Linda and kids to be trained in missions work and to become intercessory missionaries at IHOP-KC; for us all to embrace both the action and prayer sides of the Great Commission; for us all to be part of changing the spiritual atmosphere over cities through “intercessory worship”.
The mission:
• Intercession: To join a team of others and collectively pray night and day for the release of the Great Harvest (Matt. 9:37-38). IHOP is burdened with urgency to win the un-reached peoples of the earth to Jesus.
• Missionary Prayer Cover: to provide vital prayer covering to missionaries currently in the field.
• Ministry work: to work at the mission base according to our skills and gifts (ministries such as teaching, music, healing, prophetic, feeding the poor, technology, evangelism …)
• Train others: to train future “intercessory missionaries” to be sent out to other cities.
• Short term missions: to go on short term (2 weeks to 2 months) mission trips to help establish Houses of Prayer in other cities and nations.
• Personally relocate: to relocate to strategic places to help establish houses of prayer. The first relocation is for us to go to KC for a season. We are committing to one year. There may be future relocations as God leads.
